The observation data includes several medium priority issues primarily related to lighting. Specifically, floodlights and pole lights are out at buildings 4785, 4790, 4795, 4805, 4815, 4825, 4845, 4855, and 4865. Additionally, the entrance and exit gates to the community are stuck in the open position. A high priority issue was noted with the fence bars near the unisex restroom being separated, allowing unauthorized access to the pool area. No unusual observations were found in the routine checks of buildings 4815, 4835, 4775, the mail center, and the north fence line.
